Check out our eBay listings for the original Apple iPhone, new and unlocked. With the release of the new iPhone 3G the price of these has come down as they have basically been superseded. Indeed, production of this model appears to have stopped, so by all means check out the listings, but take it with a pinch of salt when they say “new, unlocked” – though there may still be some stocks around, these phones could also be “nearly new” or “as new”… Probably it’s time to start thinking about getting a new iPhone 3G.
